The service is great right from stepping through the door - I am always offered tea :-) Even though Anna doesn't see me often, she remembers me and cuts/dries my hair really well. I don't often go after work but that was a relaxing way to end the day!

She was very understanding and really easy to talk to as there was issue with my appointment. She handled it beautifully! I went to Wembley branch and Radhika did a fabulous job.
