I’ve visited Luke twice for Botox and lip filler, and both times has been a hugely positive experience. He’s incredibly professional and gentle- I’ve been to other practitioners before, but I’ve never felt so comfortable and at ease🩷 I really appreciate that he gives honest advice and doesn’t just recommend more for the sake of it. I had a lip filler treatment with Lauren who was brilliant, so welcoming and professional. I was a bit nervous about the cannula and amount of pain, however she applied a very generous amount of numbing cream and throughout the treatment she warned me not only of the upcoming sharp pains, but exactly what I would be about to feel which was so precise to what I was actually feeling, and clearly shows how knowledgable she is. Fantastic experience at Alo London! My mother visited for a haircut and eyebrow waxing, and we couldn't be happier. A huge shoutout to Alice, the hairstylist, who was adorable, highly professional, and incredibly patient with my mom. The eyebrow waxing was top-notch too, exactly what she asked for.
