Been coming here for around two and a half years with Mellissa doing my hair. I am so lucky to have found her as she has transformed my hair. I consider her my friend as well as my hairdresser. Please consider employing Gracie as an apprentice in the salon, she is a beautiful young lady with an effortless and friendly nature who interacts lovely with the clients and staff and is also works hard. And of course lovely Rihanna. This salon is a credit to Norwich. The staff are amazing and so many people go out looking lovely including me😊

Amazing team. Such welcoming lovely ladies. Jenna has worked a miracle on my hair. What she started with was awful but after 9hrs across 2 sessions she created a miracle. Hugely recommend. Moved to Norwich from Essex 4 years ago and finally I have found a hairdressers that's the quality of us Essex girls. 5* all day long. Xx

I had a perm today with Kerry. I find my hair easier to manage that way. It turned out lovely. I would recommend SapphireBlu to everybody. Washing was thorough and relaxing, washing and straightening and hair trim was completed all within 2 hours on type 3c/4a texture long hair, really precise and amazing results. hair trim very minimal but left my hair feeling a lot healthier. Thank you for a lovely appointment, I will definitely be back :)

Had an eyelash lift and dye with Daisy...so pleased as have short lashes... I explained that I wanted a tighter curl..she was attentive and professional and used the rods instead of shields...it is the best eyelash lift I have ever had... thank you Daisy.

This is the first time Shailey has cut my hair. I felt that she really listened to my wishes and took time to assess my hair and discuss the cut. I am extremely pleased with the skill and professionalism of the style she cut and blow dried for me. I have fine flyaway hair and she has made it look so tidy and full of body and movement. Even without using lots of products. A big thank you!

I had a cut and colour with Macy today. She was attentive and made sure I was comfortable and asked if I wanted anything. Macy was chatty but it didnt slow her down. I sat in the comfiest chairs, the wash basin even had a built in foot rest! I discussed my fav colours and she knew just want would work for my hair and skin type. Macy curled my hair and gave me tips on how to make them last. She used Milkshake products which I love! Overall was a lovely experience and will definitely going back! Thank you xx
