From the moment I walked into the salon, I was greeted with a warm smile. Sophie listened attentively to my hair needs and made suggestions that were both practical and stylish. Visited BA today for a haircut with lovely Lucy. All busy as usual which is always good to see. Lucy checked out what I would like done, and soon got on with the job. I had a nice cuppa and catch up chat while Lucy snipped away. Soon done and very pleased with the results. Thank you very much.

Lucy is such a calm, composed and thoughtful hairdresser. She listens well and advises on what would work well for you. You are in very good hands with Lucy, as she puts you at ease, with her relaxed demeanour. I came out with a beautiful haircut, that really suits me.
