Found Swansea Health Solutions on the internet following recommendation from the consultant to find a good sports injury clinic. Since the first appt Gareth has been great and since during our follow up appt’s. My teenage son is receiving treatment for an ongoing knee injury. Professional, knowledgeable and very personable. Highly recommend.

I’ve been visiting Bethan at Swansea Bay Osteopathy for a while now, and I can’t recommend them enough! The approach is incredibly professional, thorough, and tailored to my specific needs. From the very first session, I felt heard and cared for, with a clear treatment plan that addressed my pain and discomfort. Bethan has a remarkable ability to pinpoint problem areas and work through them with a combination of gentle manipulation and expert guidance. Bethan also provided me with helpful exercises and advice to maintain the progress between sessions. Totally recommend.

After five frustrating days off headaches, a stiff neck and back, and barely any sleep from the pain of pulling my back out of alignment, I booked to see Henry at Health First Osteopathy - and I am so glad I did. He took the time to really assess what was going wrong n and treated the problem areas thoroughly. I walked out immediately feeling noticeably better, and the tension and discomfort eased significantly. Highly recommended if you are dealing with anything similar!

I could hardly move my neck when I met Sam after falling down half the stairs at home. He provided a combination of Osteopathy and Acupuncture. I had never had Acupuncture before.
