I had to share my experience one of the midwives suggested Soma and wow. I cant explain how spoilt I felt. Postpartum is such a challenging time in any womans life. And so often we feel overlooked and unheard as all our attention is put into our special new baby. This massage was 2 hours of beimg spoilt. It should be mandatory for any pregnant woman pre and post partum. Im 7 weeks post partum and holy moly I nearly cried! 2 hours of bliss! The beautiful music, the smell and the perfect amount of pressure and relaxation. Thankyou for this bliss experience.

Shannon has created a lovely environment in her studio, she absolutely knows what she is doing; can do different types of massage, lovely oils used, scents, herbal tea and filtered water, pre discussion, she has a sure, skilled and lovely touch, I think she is interested in the whole person and spiritual aspects as well as the massage itself. I highly recommend Energetica and can't wait to try other modalities /types of massage or workshop/ in future.
