I went in with a very sore back and my goodness by the end my sore areas were so good, Emily had worked her magic by dispersing all what was bad. Excellent service as always. All ataff at the reception, spa and coffee shop are always so polite and helpful. Also spoke to Alix the wedding coordinator as was updating some of our daughters future wedding, such a lovely girl. Also in The Copper Beech the young girl that brought us the menus over was chatting to us about the spa treatments we had just had. We mentioned it was our 35th anniversary and when we will leaving presented us a lovely decorated plate with chocolates on it! Didn’t catch her name but a great member of staff. Thank you!
