Elsa was fantastic. Very warm and welcoming. I told her that I had some pain in my lower back and she certainly delivered on helping to ease the pain! She has magic hands! I went for a back massage and facial and it was pure heaven. Thank you Elsa!

Fantastic. Elsa was brilliant. I was a bit nervous at first but she made me feel relaxed and very welcome. My first hot stone massage and it left me feeling super relaxed. Elsa found knots in places I didnt think muscles existed and she worked really hard and effectively to sort them out. Sorry Elsa but it was so good I will be rebooking in with you again! If you're local or here for a holiday book in for a treatment here...beautiful hotel, SPA is amazing, staff and therapists are just so friendly and professional.

My first deep tissue muscle massage was lovely. The atmosphere in the salon room was very relaxing, the oils used created a hot warmth on my back. A very thorough massage getting into the tense areas. I would recommend and given I sit in an office chair for hours I'll be re booking.

I had a lovely experience with Dawn for my waxing and head spa treatment. She is such a warm and calming person, which really helped as it was my first time having these treatments done. She took the time to explain everything clearly, making me feel comfortable and at ease throughout. I left feeling relaxed and really well looked after.
