Amazing team. Such welcoming lovely ladies. Jenna has worked a miracle on my hair. What she started with was awful but after 9hrs across 2 sessions she created a miracle. Hugely recommend. As usual Lisa was absolutely brilliant and has gone above and beyond with her customer service. My usual shellac colour has been discontinued so Lisa has spent time researching an alternative that’s as close as it can be. Quick, easy and even though I was early I was made to feel welcome. I only have eye brows done and I always feel guilty about such a small treatment but I'm always greeted with happy professional smiles and treatment is done with efficiency and a high standard.

Rachel is brilliant, her knowledge of her skill is amazing , she listens to what you want and explains different options that would be good and great for your skin . Rachel also makes you feel relaxed because you know your getting a professional treatment, I have rebooked with Rachel and she is organising a facial plan personally for me .the salon is bright and very friendly and your always welcomed with big smiles.

Literally the best nail tech in Norwich wouldn't trust anyone else with my nails. They last so long and she takes her ultimate time on your nails they always come out looking so perfect!! Not to mention how lovely she is as a person 🩷
