I had the most relaxing afternoon! The massage from Lucy was wonderful and I appreciated the heated bed and calm atmosphere. I could hear people outside (in the hotel garden?) now and again but it wasn’t major. Vicky did an amazing job with my eyebrows and lashes and reassured me as I was a bit nervous about making this change. The treatments took longer than anticipated but I appreciated that they weren’t in a rush and we had some great chats. Thank you! Looking forward to returning next time I’m in Hastings.

What a fabulous first experience! I loved the environment, it felt welcoming, decorated in a way that made it feel cosy and tranquil and the background music was so relaxing. Lynn was welcoming and friendly. Very professional and it was the most painless waxing I have ever had. The treatment was very thorough too.
