I had the most relaxing afternoon! The massage from Lucy was wonderful and I appreciated the heated bed and calm atmosphere. I could hear people outside (in the hotel garden?) now and again but it wasn’t major. Vicky did an amazing job with my eyebrows and lashes and reassured me as I was a bit nervous about making this change. The treatments took longer than anticipated but I appreciated that they weren’t in a rush and we had some great chats. Thank you! Looking forward to returning next time I’m in Hastings.

Billie is absolutely fantastic. It was my first time getting my brows and lashes done and Billie was so kind, patient and reassuring. She explained to me what she was doing throughout and made me feel so relaxed. I am SO pleased with my brows and lashes, she did a brilliant job and they look amazing! I had a long awaited deluxe pedicure which was wonderful. Sarah had put in place all the PPE and hand washing facilities needed so felt very protected. I had one of the new nail polishes just in, an amazing colour called Lava Flow. I'm looking forward to my next visit.
