I had the most relaxing afternoon! The massage from Lucy was wonderful and I appreciated the heated bed and calm atmosphere. I could hear people outside (in the hotel garden?) now and again but it wasn’t major. Vicky did an amazing job with my eyebrows and lashes and reassured me as I was a bit nervous about making this change. The treatments took longer than anticipated but I appreciated that they weren’t in a rush and we had some great chats. Thank you! Looking forward to returning next time I’m in Hastings.

It’s a professional service in a lovely salon. The waxing was fairly quick, we had a good chat in the meantime that didn’t effect the duration of the treatment. Clean, tidy environment with well equipped facilities. I’m very happy and will be back. Definitely recommend 👍

Billie is very good at what she does! full of advice and top tips to help me get the best of my treatments i had done last at home and the pedicure was very much needed and a definite treat to my awful feet! The beauty room /salon is so lovely aswell! I shall be back ! :) xx

Sarah is excellent, it’s a great little salon with a good feel to it and it’s at the bottom of the road - what’s not to like. Oh and she manages to wax without hurting or causing me to look like a chicken wing for hours.

My first visit, salon is bright and clean. Sarah was friendly and professional.

Today was the third treatment and just as the last two it was brilliant. No matter what you are having done Sarah is always so gentle and attentive. The treatment itself, derdermabrasion, smarts a bit to begin with but you get used to it quite quickly. The facial and treatment after are so relaxing. Sarah's salon is my oasis of calm in what has do far been a trying year. Highly recommend.

The salon was very clean and welcoming, as was Sarah. I chose to chill out during my pedicure and Sarah respected my choice and stayed as quiet, only speaking when necessary.
