After having my initial consultation in April, i finally had my brows microbladed 3 days ago. Am absolutely thrilled with the miracle Mel has performed today on my nose! I was so nervous about going to have filler as I had been put off from the horror stories you see online. I had an initial consultation then still had many questions, so I contacted Mel who again took the time to answer clearly and honestly and reassured me. In my appointment Mel and Rosie made me feel calm and safe and I am so pleased with the outcome. I had such an amazing experience getting my hair extensions fitted after an incredible consultation. From start to finish, Liv was absolutely brilliant. Colour matching was spot on – I genuinely couldn’t believe how perfectly it blended! She made me feel so welcome and comfortable throughout the appointment, which made such a difference. I also really appreciated the advice she gave me, especially around after-care, so I feel confident keeping my extensions looking their best. From start to install Liv has been amazing. Messaged her after seeing her on insta with a couple of questions, she was so quick to respond and get me booked in for a consultation. Incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel so at ease with absolutely no pressure to book in. Before confirming she was still happy to answer my questions - no matter how dense. During the install I was so at ease. Within the first 5 mins we were chatting away about all sorts. At the end of the appointment she checked everything repeatedly to make sure I was happy. Beyond pleased with my hair now!

I had a lymphatic drainage body massage today and it was such a lovely experience. The treatment was incredibly relaxing, and I left feeling so calm and refreshed. I had a full body endo laser treatment. I was asked if I had looked into this before anything started, which gave me comfort that someone cared to ensure I knew what I was doing and what to expect. Every step was explained and I felt so welcomed and cared for the entire time. I was expecting a little pain, but I actually I was so chilled and comfortable. I noticed some results straight away but will continue to see results later down the line. Very happy, thank you.
