I was nervous and excited for my appointment but Tanya explained exactly what was happening during each step and completely put me at ease. Am absolutely thrilled with the miracle Mel has performed today on my nose! I was so nervous about going to have filler as I had been put off from the horror stories you see online. I had an initial consultation then still had many questions, so I contacted Mel who again took the time to answer clearly and honestly and reassured me. In my appointment Mel and Rosie made me feel calm and safe and I am so pleased with the outcome. I had such an amazing experience getting my hair extensions fitted after an incredible consultation. From start to finish, Liv was absolutely brilliant. Colour matching was spot on – I genuinely couldn’t believe how perfectly it blended! She made me feel so welcome and comfortable throughout the appointment, which made such a difference. I also really appreciated the advice she gave me, especially around after-care, so I feel confident keeping my extensions looking their best. From start to install Liv has been amazing. Messaged her after seeing her on insta with a couple of questions, she was so quick to respond and get me booked in for a consultation. Incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel so at ease with absolutely no pressure to book in. Before confirming she was still happy to answer my questions - no matter how dense. During the install I was so at ease. Within the first 5 mins we were chatting away about all sorts. At the end of the appointment she checked everything repeatedly to make sure I was happy. Beyond pleased with my hair now!

First visit, received a very warm welcome. Very thorough initial consultation and guidance supplied. The bespoke facial was completely tailored to the needs of my skin. I left feeling and my skin looking sensational!! Booked a course 😊

Georgia is the GOAT of aesthetics. I simply won’t go anywhere else, she is stuck with me for life! I am in beauty myself (mainly eyelashes) and always send my clients to Georgia if they need aesthetics done. The only negative is that I think I’m running out of treatments that she can do on me! And that’s because she’s ethical and her moral compass is always on point. She won’t do anything that doesn’t need doing and will even turn clients down if she doesn’t believe the work needs doing. So stop reading these reviews and just book in! Xxx

My treatment with Saskia was out of this world. I have never experienced something like that before, the Japanese Head spa was a whole new experience. I feel so relaxed from top to toe. Thoroughly recommend and will definitely be rebooking another treatment. Thank you so much ☺️
