So happy with my experience at H Derma Beautu Aesthetics Norwich. It was my first time coming here. I had 3 areas of botox done and I was so impressed with Georgia. She was lovely and made me feel very welcome. She was very professional and knew her stuff! Will definitely be coming back for more treatments. I love the fact she is so central and easy to get to. I came to Regen clinic in Norwich for a Japanese head spa treatment, with Marie. When I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. It was the most amazing treatment I’ve ever had. I felt so comfortable, cosy and thoroughly relaxed during the whole treatment. Marie was very professional, she listened to my concerns and advised me on aftercare for my hair and skin. Thank you ever so much, highly recommend.

From start to install Liv has been amazing. Messaged her after seeing her on insta with a couple of questions, she was so quick to respond and get me booked in for a consultation. Incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel so at ease with absolutely no pressure to book in. Before confirming she was still happy to answer my questions - no matter how dense. During the install I was so at ease. Within the first 5 mins we were chatting away about all sorts. At the end of the appointment she checked everything repeatedly to make sure I was happy. Another great treatment carried out by Tanya. This time it was Phi Ion eyelid tightening. As previously I had a consultation first, to discuss the procedure, what to do pre treatment, and what to expect post treatment. Tanya explained everything really concisely, and took time to answer my questions. I found the whole procedure painless, with a tiny bit of stinging at the very end!
