I often visit spas outside of Norwich, but this was a nice find and local to me. I had the chocolate ritual, it was very nice! I felt refreshed and my skin felt hydrated. Products also smelled amazing. Thank you!

Fantastic experience. Staff are so friendly and helpful. I didnt have a treatment but was booking a surprise birthday present for the boss.....wife! Staff were really helpful as facials / massages mean nothing to me. They also let me deliver flowers the day before to be given to my wife and couldnt do enough to help. As for the facial and massage. The boss was really really happy and thoroughly enjoyed it and asked me to book her again it was so good. Sorry to the staff though as she said she enjoyed the massage so much she was nodding off relaxing! Thank you from us both. Recommended!

Today I had the 'farm girl essential facial' and it was pure bliss from start to finish. The atmosphere was so calming — soft music, gentle lighting, and a relaxing scent that immediately put me at ease. Kait was incredibly professional and attentive. The facial itself was both soothing and thorough. My skin felt deeply cleansed without any irritation, and the massage portions were unbelievably relaxing. My facial was AMAZING! The space is so relaxing and Kait is extremely talented at what she does. Skin is glowing and I had a bad breakout which the facial has somehow reduced and made me feel so much better about it. She really is an expert in her craft. Would recommend to anyone!

I had the Signature Facial with Kait and it was incredible. She was professional, calming, and really took the time to understand my skin. The products she used felt amazing, and my face was noticeably smoother and more refreshed after. Kait explained each step, created a super relaxing environment, and clearly knows her craft.
