Kadeja was very warm and professional, I was extremely late for my appointment but she didn't make me feel like I had inconvenienced her instead she offered me solution to reschedule so she could style. Now let's talk about the sewin ... Flawless installation, braids were not tight , FLATTTTTT and gorgeous! Thank you so much for the great work and exceptional customer service . Must mention Shaylaya (owner) she was very kind, warm and professional when she reach out to check in on me. The salon was peaceful and calm, nice music and no loud banter. This was my first time here and I was comfortable. I never felt like a first timer and everything that was done to my hair was explained to me in full detail which I love. My hair didn't take as long as I had anticipated and that made me very happy. Overall I would rate this experience a 10/10 and I would recommend her to others.

Best hair care experience I've received in 5 years since I came to BIM. I have 4c natural hair and that is uncommon on the island. I was pampered and well taken care of. The braids were not painful and I fell asleep on the chair. She was polite, helpful, and overall stellar customer service plus top notch braiding skills. Gonna be recommending everywhere I go.
