Upon arriving for my first visit today, I was made to feel most welcome by Hayley and Jodie. I had felt nervous about changing my hairdresser after many years but need not have worried at all. Nat looked after me very well and talked me through my first curly cut and colour in a way that reassured me completely. She has an excellent ability to understand what a customer wants, visualise it and then make it a reality, which is a skill not to underestimated! Beautiful salon! Sarah is amazing and is fantastic at what she does....loved my wash & blowdry. I'm currently visiting from interstate and she was so helpful and knowledgeable. It was my first time meeting Jess and getting my hair done by her. Going into the salon with my confidence really down, I managed to explain my vision to her and I had no idea that it was achievable in just one appointment! She guaranteed that she could get me what I wanted and then absolutely blew me away with the service, the integrity of my hair was maintained phenomenally. She was extremely honest with what expectations are, what my hair needed, I wasn’t mislead at all.
