Sarah is incredible. Not just her mad skills but her amazing vibe! I felt comfortable from the minute we met. She has designed her space to be a relaxing experience, which was absolutely what I need when I’m in that zone. It’s unfortunate that I live so far away but I’m already planning a trip back to Wollongong in time for my next cut and colour!

I had such a fabulous experience at The Head Spa! Di looked after me and was fantastic. The combination of the massage chair and the head massage from Di was amazing. Topped off with an amazing blow dry. I’ve never had an experience like this before and look forward to doing it again when I’m next in Wollongong.

Kristie is one of the best hairdressers I have ever had. I have had a few beauty apts with Mel and was excited to have one with Kristie. Other hairdressers in Wollongong have disappointed me, Kristie did not! I even broke the coffee cup and the girls were so lovely about it.

Iv been getting my hair cut with Nick for over a decade now and iv never once been disappointed! He specialises in women’s hair but also provides the best men’s style cut in Wollongong /Illawarra! Nicks the ultimate professional with a friendly and laidback personality which makes for a very personable experience every time. So happy something like this has finally opened in Wollongong! The vibe is unreal, head massage was amazing and hair was so shiny and soft afterwards! Even had my hair blowdryed and curled to finish with a glass of Prosecco! Will definitely be coming back!
