Kristie is one of the best hairdressers I have ever had. I have had a few beauty apts with Mel and was excited to have one with Kristie. Other hairdressers in Wollongong have disappointed me, Kristie did not! I even broke the coffee cup and the girls were so lovely about it.

This place is heavenly! The girls are so lovely and make you feel so comfortable. Going to the hair dressers has always been a stressful experience for me but not at this place. I went in feeling super insecure about how my hair looked and they fixed it all up. I have already recommended them to all my friends and will continue to do so. They put so much love and care into each person and have a great work flow with each other. If I could, I would come here every day to get pampered. I truely couldn’t speak highly enough of this place. It honestly made me want to change career paths 😂

Upon arriving for my first visit today, I was made to feel most welcome by Hayley and Jodie. I had felt nervous about changing my hairdresser after many years but need not have worried at all. Nat looked after me very well and talked me through my first curly cut and colour in a way that reassured me completely. She has an excellent ability to understand what a customer wants, visualise it and then make it a reality, which is a skill not to underestimated! I am so happy with my new haircut and colour and can honestly say that my hair has never looked so good! Thank you Nat and Haylo!! :)

Chloe is a fantastic make up artist. She was able to create 2 very different looks for both my friend and I for a wedding. She made us feel so welcomed and comfortable in an unfamiliar location. She listened to what we liked and was able to create something special for both of us. Thank you Chloe!
