Salon Kaia is the most beautiful place to have your hair done. Before beginning you receive the most amazing massage which I can’t wait to have again. The team are very lovely and welcoming. Whilst getting my hair coloured and cut by Kate she asked me lots of questions about my hair and how I styled it which assisted her to give me the best cut for me. Today I walked into the salon feeling quite down about my hair, and I left feeling totally elated. Hayley listened to all of my concerns and issues with my hair and she offered the most amazing advice. I wanted my hair cut into a bob, and Hayley took it one step further to a graduated bob with layers. She took the time to explain what she thinking and why she thought it would be a good solution. I’m so pleased I was honest about the struggles I was having my hair. It was so refreshing to have Hayley listen and take everything on board and offer a solution that looks amazing. Thank you.
