The team really listened and gave great advice to get the result I wanted. The salon has such a relaxing, welcoming feel which made the whole experience a treat. I had the best haircut yesterday with Federica. I was having a difficult time maintaining my hair as it was very thick, heavy, and knotty as a result. Federica took a lot of this weight off, and it's now so much easier to maintain and I'm very happy with the way it looks. It was an effective and easy process as well, with no wash and blow dry required, which was exactly what I was looking for and a lot more affordable than other haircuts I'd previously had in the area. She was also very communicative and kind to me, which I really appreciated. Will definitely be back for my next haircut!

Highly recommend. Fantastic shampoo and wash by Andreas with such friendly service. Was needing my hair done for a wedding that day after flying in the day before. My hair looked great, appointment was on time with no delays and the app worked perfectly with lots of communication/reminders. Spending time with Leona (and George) in her light-filled tranquil salon is a little oasis. A dependable respite that can be counted on to soothe the soul and lift the spirits. Leona sits high on my gratitude list. Has done for years. Because of who she is and the way she colours and styles my hair.

I love coming here. I’m 34yo and have developed grey hair in the last 9 months. Leona was super helpful. I got a semi permanent through my hair - not all over just parts that’s had more greys - and it’s turned out amazing.
