I had the most wonderful experience with Emma for my hair spa and facial. She is incredibly talented, patient and so attentive to every detail. Came in for a couples Japanese head spa and it was such a treat. Kara welcomed us warmly and explained everything on offer. Audrey did my treatment — gentle, attentive, and walked me through every step. The scalp massage was deeply relaxing and the head wash in the massage chair was a genuine surprise. Facial at the end was the perfect finisher. Decor is peaceful, location in Mosman is spot on, and the team is warm and inclusive. Great value. I'll be back for the cosmetic treatments. Highly recommend!

Booked a Japanese head spa and left feeling like a new person. Kara made us feel at ease from the moment we arrived. Nathalia did my treatment and was fantastic — calm, skilled, and thorough. The scalp massage was next-level relaxing and I didn't want it to end. The head wash in the massage chair was an unexpected highlight, and the facial at the end sent me into full bliss mode. Gorgeous peaceful space, great Mosman location, genuinely welcoming team. Excellent value. Will be back.

It was absolutely fabulous. The massage bed whilst having your scalp massaged is most definitely a very relaxing experience. Just before leaving I found out that Serenity Mosman have a lot more to offer, like both, eyebrow shaping/ tinting, eyelash tinting plus much more. The sessions are 60 minutes and worth every cent of it.

Got remedial and back massage from Cathy and it was really helpful for my stiff neck and shoulders. She asked me various questions to understand the issues and tailored the massage accordingly. She used her knowledge of the muscles anatomy to help release them, even the deeper muscles. Hands down one of the best remedial massages I have had in Sydney! I feel more mobile after the massage. I would recommend trying her remedial massage.
