Siarn is an absolute angel! I have been a client of Dollhouse for 1 year but I'd been searching for a salon on this quality and professionalism for many many years! I could not be happier with my blonde and will never go anywhere else. I travel up from the Gold Coast to see Siarn and she is more than worth the 1hr drive. My hair is not only the kinda blonde that everyone asks me "where do you get your hair done?" but it's also unbelievably healthy! I have seen blonde specialist in the past only to leave with singed ends but Siarn just knows her stuff... your hair will thank you for it!! xx

Shannon was very personable and kind. I do see areas for improvement though. The reclining chair’s lower-leg support wasn’t extended during the wash. It made the experience less comfortable. My curtain bangs and the cut overall was quite blunt and not blended well. I had to ask to see the back of my hair. This happened on my first cut also. There was no advice or upselling on products. A treatment was part of the appointment, but I have no idea what kind of treatment was used and why or if any treatment was used at all. Other than that everyone is lovely and the salon is very tidy.
