It was an amazing experience that exceeded all my expectations. The place is very elegant and the atmosphere is relaxing from the moment you walk in. The sauna was excellent and truly rejuvenating, and the massage was absolutely incredible professional, detailed, and beyond anything I expected. Honestly, it’s an experience I would highly recommend and definitely repeat.

One of the most relaxing experiences I've ever had. The lighting and room temp were perfect and the massage, facial and scalp massage were amazing. I dozed off a number of times I was so relaxed. I booked for 5.30-7.30pm so when I finished I could go home have something to eat, have a shower and go to bed. Best sleep I've had in a long time. Woke up in the morning with glowing, bouncy, hydrated skin. Do this for yourself, or for someone you really, really like. They will love you for it.

My partner and i had the best experience at urban retreat. We had a 3 and a half hour package with sauna, scrub, massage, facial and head massage. It was absolutely heavenly. The staff were extremely professional and attentive and the spa was immaculate. We cant wait to come back.

Absolutely amazing experience here. Everything is spotless and the place is gorgeous, the massage and facial are heavenly - seriously, the best I’ve ever had - and Pim is so lovely. I was immediately relaxed and could just lean in to the whole experience. As I write this, I’m relaxing more with fruit and tea in the stunning reception area. Best of all, as a plus-sized person, I was so comfortable. The robe was plenty big enough and the massage table was much wider than normal, so I wasn’t feeling like I was squished in. All in all, can’t recommend enough and I can’t wait to come back!

Amazing. I had a Swedish massage with hot stones and it was perfectly relaxing with a nice touch of pressure where needed. The atmosphere was beautiful and the cup of tea at the end was a nice treat. I’ll be booking in again soon!

I had such a blissful experience with Jessica once again. The environment was incredibly relaxing, making it easy to unwind from the moment I arrived. It was the best experience!! I can assure that Jessica is the best in Canberra. My lashes were,,, OMG,, and my waxing session went so smooth. She takes her time to do this with love and no rush. She is very friendly person too. Overall, great experience and will recommend Blissful Beauty if you want a relaxing time.

Had the Ultra Hydration Facial with Jess today and it was so good. Her space is really zen and cozy, and she’s so warm and welcoming. The facial was incredibly relaxing, and the arm massage was amazing I actually fell asleep! 🧘🏻‍♀️ I left feeling refreshed, hydrated, and glowing. Highly recommend! I’ll be back to try some of her other treatments. ✨
