This was my second time getting my lash extensions done at Bonna. Both times Zini did the lashes for me and I’m so happy with the results! I’ve had only bad experiences in the past with lash extensions and this is the first place I’ve got them done where they take a lot of care and it they feel so comfortable and lightweight and looks amazing!! I came to Sydney on holiday looking for a lash tech and she did not disappoint! The room was so calming and relaxing, and my lashes came out perfect — light, natural and so pretty. Super happy with the result and will definitely be back whenever I’m in town!

Don’t live in Sydney but this is the second time I’ve been to Nu lashes she makes you feel comfortable. She very gently when she’s doing your lashes. First time I booked with her my lashes lasted 4weeks..Thats why I had to book second time.. check her out she’s good😊

Today I had an eyelash lift and eyebrow shape with henna tint, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Lynn did an exceptional job—my lashes look beautifully lifted, and my brows are perfectly shaped with a natural tint that suits my features. Lynn was incredibly gentle throughout the process, which made it so relaxing and enjoyable. Will definitely continue booking with her in the future. Highly recommend.

As usual the service was excellent. I liked my brows, lashes, & nails. The girls were excellent. Suggestion: try interacting less with colleagues and more with clients. Not unless it is really needed. Also, for hygiene purposes, kindly use mask when doing lashes & eyebrows due to close contact or offer masks to the client if they are comfortable to wear it. If unavailable, try to keep conversation at a very minimal when doing the tasks.

This was my second time getting the jap hair wash! My hair feels luscious, soft, shiny and smooth! The first time I went was with my mum and it was great! However the second time I went I felt like it was a little too harsh when washing my face , especially when I had lash extensions on. Otherwise it was a great service! Would love to go again , but please be mindful to not rub the eyes too hard!
