Finally got a full body wax done for the 1st time in 6 years! 😃 Couldn't find any vegan options so have been managing on my own. I got, waxing, facial, eyebrows and eyelashes done. I was nervous about the eyelashes as I was trying them for the 1st time but Davina assured me and did a great job. It was a rather long session for the both of us 😅 so Davina got a kiwi 🥝 for me to snack, that was so thoughtful 😌 . My eyebrows look great & the facial made my skin look and feel so smooth and bright. The massage was so relaxing, I obviously dozed off and woke up own snoring! 😂 10/10 for Davina!

My first time at Medusa and first time getting brows done by Sarah was a fever dream 🥰. As soon as I arrived, I was thrown with princess treatment👸 from Sarah until the time I stepped foot outside. I could tell she cares so much for her clients, and she will look after you even if she has multiple clients in the room. I walked in with my lashes being strangers and stepped out with them becoming besties, or so I walked in with siblings and walked out with TWINS 👯‍♀️ . I have a bad asymmetrical brows that looked impossible to fix, AND DEAR SARAH DID SOME WITCHCRAFT 💓💓

First time getting my lashes done here. Had an appointment earlier in the week. Went home not 100% happy. Lashes were done well but I didn't communicate exactly what I wanted. Messaged a few days later and expressed that. I was booked in for the next day to see what could be done. Without having to totally remove and reapply, my lashes were changed to more of what I wanted, free of charge. Very kind and understanding. Thank you .. I'll be back

Another fabulous experience getting my eyebrows cosmetically tattooed. Fabulous attention to detail and Seda listened to me talk throughout the whole process which was a good 2 hours. Felt like I was catching up with a sister while she perfected my eyebrows. Very happy with the result and the experience. I will definitely be back💚

I had a consult with Seda and she was very welcoming and informative. Seda took me through the ombre cosmetic eyebrows tattoo process and and answered all of my concerns which makes me feel confident and comfortable to go ahead with the procedure next week.
