Highly recommend Ivy. It’s the only place I will go. Kelly and the girls are very professional and really listens to your needs and knows exactly what treatment is needed. My skin has never felt and looked so good. The girls have your needs covered. So super happy with eyebrows and eyelash tint along with laser. I have been going there for many years and they are so welcoming to new clients.

Just had my lash extension infills and brow lamination, tint, and wax done and I couldn’t be happier! From start to finish, the whole experience was so comfortable and relaxing. She made me feel completely at ease and really listened to what I wanted, tailoring everything to suit my face and style. My lashes look full and flawless, and my brows are perfectly shaped and defined! It’s such a confidence boost walking out of ZBB, knowing the results are exactly what I envisioned. Highly recommend if you want that personalised touch and stunning results.

Jas slayed my brows and lashes! I have never loved my brows and lashes this much! She done an amazing job and clearly loves doing what she does. I recommend visiting her! I never thought my eyebrows can have potential like they do, honestly still in shock! Loved her work and will always go back to her 💕💕💕

As usual the service was excellent. I liked my brows, lashes, & nails. The girls were excellent. Suggestion: try interacting less with colleagues and more with clients. Not unless it is really needed. Also, for hygiene purposes, kindly use mask when doing lashes & eyebrows due to close contact or offer masks to the client if they are comfortable to wear it. If unavailable, try to keep conversation at a very minimal when doing the tasks.

Amazing results that really last, I always get compliments on my lashes and people ask if they’re fake, that’s how good of a job they do here! This is my go to place to get my lashes done, and it’s at a very affordable price, so worth it.

This was my second time getting the jap hair wash! My hair feels luscious, soft, shiny and smooth! The first time I went was with my mum and it was great! However the second time I went I felt like it was a little too harsh when washing my face , especially when I had lash extensions on. Otherwise it was a great service! Would love to go again , but please be mindful to not rub the eyes too hard!
