Erika was super friendly and welcoming. I've never had a proper massage before and was a little nervous but she explained everything really well and I was comfortable quickly. We had some lovely chats but I didn't feel I needed to talk which was nice and she kept checking to make sure I was OK, she has a lot of knowledge and is happy to talk about how massages etc work which I found really interesting and helped put me at ease. I am extremely pleased with how my massage went, I've come out with more movement, less pain and feeling super relaxed. Already planning a second visit. Thanks!

It was a lovely session—very calm and relaxing. Sylvia thought of every detail, from a little box for your jewellery to a warm, cosy massage bed and even a takeaway tea to enjoy afterwards. Be prepared to be massaged from top to toe, slowly and thoroughly 🙂 I couldn’t recommend it more.

Incredible experience. I’ve had two sessions so far, and Lea has really helped relieve my knots and tension from chronic pain. The environment is very relaxing, and she even followed up with instructions on exercises I can do at home to help relax the muscles. Very caring and attentive. I would highly recommend her!

This was my first time seeing Liv. I wanted to see if a lymphatic drainage massage would help my IBS and constant bloating. Liv was lovely and very knowledgeable, she clearly understands the treatment. The massage itself was very relaxing and her new premises are very calming. I have really noticed a difference since having Lymphatic Drainage Massages (have had 4 now). I feel more energised, body is less puffy, I am lighter on my feet and feel more like myself.
