My 2nd visit to Angela this week & I feel like different women as I always do when I leave. Tuesday I joined the healing soundbath, it was just what I needed to feel grounded & content again after a very challenging few days on the hormonal rollercoaster. I left feeling calm, relaxed & totally ground again. Thursday I had a massage & healing with Angela. Her massage & healing techniques are amazing, its the perfect space to take some time out & relax in a tranquil environment. I highly recommend her ❤️

A wonderful full body massage was enjoyed today with Helen. I was lucky enough to win a competition for the treatment and it was just bliss. Angela is incredibly talented at what she does. Her massage and healing therapy are amazing. Not only are the treatments amazing, but her treatment rooms are the extremely relaxing, warm and comforting; I always leave feeling an overwhelming sense of relaxation and calmness in body & mind. Today I had a pregnancy massage with Kathryn, she was so so welcoming and made me feel relaxed straight away! this is also my first time having a massage and it won’t be the last, i definitely recommend for Mother’s to be it was so lovely to be able to relax and feel the benefits of the massage on my back and legs. I had three treatments with Polly this morning and really enjoyed the whole experience from start to finish. The booking process was simple and stress free and Polly made me feel completely at ease throughout. My manicure, pedicure and back massage were all fantastic.
