First time getting my lashes done by her and I’m absolutely obsessed! 😍 They came out perfect and exactly how I asked for them, literally just like the picture I showed her. She even prepped my lashes beforehand and took so much care throughout the whole appointment. Such a lovely experience and I couldn’t be happier with the results. my eyelashes have never looked this good the lash tech was really friendly and bubbly the experience was amazing i felt comfortable the entire time and she ensured all my needs were met and did my lashes exactly how i wanted them. can definitely say she will be my regular lash tech everything was perfect!!

I’ve just had eyelash extensions done and I absolutely love them! Penny was so lovely and made me feel at ease straight away. She took great care throughout the appointment and the result is beautiful – the lashes look gorgeous and exactly what I wanted. I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!

Really happy with my brows even only after one day - Charlotte took time to make sure they were the best shape and what I wanted. Pain was minimal as she kept the numbing cream topped up. Much better treatment and outcome than I’ve had elsewhere and would not hesitate to come back for other spmu.

Had my brow touch up with Charlotte and had a positive experience as usual. I decided to go for a thicker brow line and I absolutely love the new look!! Charlotte is always so informative and provides a guide about the after care too which is really helpful. Just had ombre brows done it was my 1st experience and have to say it was amazing I am beyond pleased with the results 🙌 ☺️ the experience for me was absolutely pain free i wouldn't even say it was uncomfortable Elizabeth is so gentle and has such a light touch,explaining everything she's about to do. I was a little apprehensive initially but I can honestly say it was an painless experience the results are amazing I would have no hesitation in recommending Elizabeth to anyone being a more mature lady this was a big decision !

Rosie is really welcoming. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. I have had multiple treatments with her now, gel fingers and toes, waxing-eyebrows, underarm and bikini line, facials and massage and I couldn’t recommend her enough
