This was honestly the best massage I've had in a long time and definitely the best in Cheltenham. A hidden gem I hadn't heard about. I was sent this voucher as a birthday gift and it was absolutely amazing. A calm waiting area, lovely and welcoming staff, decently priced, easy to get to and the staff really know what theyre doing. I get massages often and this was a really high quality, relaxing and invigorating session. Kay was my masseuse and she made the effort to work on areas that were sore and get the knots out of my shoulders and feet. Wow. I'll be returning and recommend this place!

I had a wonderful experience at Silver Spa Cheltenham with Ms Kay. I booked the treatment to relax after a stressful few weeks, but she quickly identified areas of tension I wasn't even aware of and adapted the treatment accordingly. It was clear that she knew exactly what she was doing and understood what my body needed. The treatment was professional, thorough and genuinely effective. I left feeling lighter, more relaxed and much better than when I arrived. Thank you, Ms Kay. I will definitely be back.

Silver Spa is a hidden gem in the heart of Cheltenham. I opted for the wonderful full body scrub and massage from Ying, and I can honestly say it was one of the best treatments I have ever experienced. Ying made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Her technique is incredible; firm yet relaxing, intuitive, and deeply rejuvenating. The full body scrub left my skin feeling unbelievably soft and refreshed, while the massage melted away every ounce of tension I was carrying. Ying has an incredible talent, and I can’t recommend her highly enough!!

I had my first full body lymphatic drainage massage with Grace today and it was amazing. I’ve never usually been someone who enjoys massages and often find myself tensing up, but Grace made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. She has such a calming presence and the most relaxing voice. The massage itself was incredible – so much so that I think I even nodded off! I left feeling relaxed, refreshed and lighter. A 10/10 experience and I’ll definitely be booking again. Highly recommend!

I had a great back, shoulder, and neck massage this afternoon. I’ve only had a few massages before, so I felt a bit anxious at first, but I was made to feel welcome and at ease throughout the whole experience. I didn’t realise how much I needed it until afterwards — I left feeling so much more relaxed. I’d definitely recommend it, and I’ll be back again!

5 stars because I can’t give 10! I had a Traditional combination Thai massage yesterday with my wife as a birthday treat. Silver spa were absolutely incredible and couldn’t do enough for us. The massage was nothing short of sublime! We were then given rose tea and told to relax in the relaxation area, only to be greeted again by the therapists holding ice cream for us both and singing happy birthday. We left very relaxed and felt as though we had been treated like royalty for the 90 minutes we were there. Thank you so much Silver Spa, we will definitely be back!!

I just had a whole body massage with Oksana and it was the perfect way to gently transition into the weekend. Oksana has a remarkable ability to identify and release areas of tension within the body. Her massage technique is excellent, and I left feeling incredibly relaxed. She is very caring, dedicated and genuinely devoted to her clients' wellbeing, which shines through in every aspect of the treatment. The treatment room is quiet and relaxing, with soft music creating a wonderfully calming atmosphere, and the salon is very centrally located. I could not recommend her enough!

Recently in pain from a hospital procedure and Ariella performed miracles. I had the full body lymphatic drain massage (not my usual/ regular treatment). My whole body was aching, I was in a lot of pain around my tummy. I felt completely relaxed and in less pain especially around the tummy area. Always a great experience!
