Best deep tissue massage I've had in Melbourne Came in to the Moonee Ponds location on Puckle St and honestly couldn't be happier. I booked a deep tissue massage and it delivered exactly that — proper pressure, targeting the right spots, no half-measures. You can tell the therapists actually know what they're doing. The space is calm and welcoming, and I walked out feeling like a completely different person. Will absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend if you need something that actually works out the tension rather than just a gentle rub-down.

I had a hot stone massage with Jenny and it was amazing! She was so lovely and made me feel really relaxed. I was running about 5 minutes late because of traffic, and she still continued the massage for an extra 10 minutes which I really appreciated. I left feeling calm, sleepy and so refreshed. I’m really impressed with the service here — the massages are exactly what I need every time. When I book a deep tissue, it’s a real deep tissue massage, no doubt about that. What makes this place stand out is how much they care about feedback and making sure you enjoy the whole experience. They actually follow up afterwards to check in, and you can tell they genuinely want to know if I was happy with the session. I’m currently 19 weeks pregnant and have been feeling built up swelling in face. Lauren was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel completely safe and supported throughout the session. The massage itself was gentle & relaxing. Within hours, I noticed a visible reduction in puffiness and felt lighter and more comfortable overall. I’ve been seeing Sophie for close to 7 years. I found most massages aren’t firm enough, but Sophie is great. In my first paid session (had a massage through work first), I told Sophie not to worry about a knot in my shoulder as it has been there for years and no one can get rid of it. She was determined, and after 3 trigger point massage sessions, she managed to release it. Hence why I’ve been doing her for 7 years. Thanks, Sophie.
