I've been looking for a place to do my brows in Exeter since I moved here four years ago . I had hybrid stain brows done by Zoe and they are amazing, best brows I've had done for sometime I love them! Exemplary service from millie who over the last few months has nursed my nails back into health after contracting a nail disease from foreign pop up nail booths.
