What an experience\! After wanting to try cryo for years, I finally took the plunge. I was recommended to combine an infrared sauna session with the cryotherapy, and I’m so glad I did. The staff were warm, welcoming, funny, and explained everything clearly, putting me completely at ease.Relaxing with Netflix during the infrared session was a great start before stepping into the cryotherapy chamber with the finest winter accessories. The 3 minutes flew by, and I loved every second. I felt amazing afterwards and will definitely be back. I highly recommend giving it a try

Jay was great. He delivered an assessment and massage treatment driven by a meaningful understanding of the body. The massage itself was excellent - he didn't just 'ram an elbow in and hope for the best' (which happens more often than it should!). He knew how to find knots and trigger points and tight fascia and work them away. I came away feeling so good.

I had a very satisfying session again. I went with severe pack pain that even affecting my breathing. With Anastasia’s knowledge and and experience she explained what is causing and after the message I came out with less pain. Her suggestion of after exercises I managed to begin to do my daily life. I highly recommended for people who is suffering long term pain like back pain and specially plantar fasciitis ( which that is why I mainly go to her). Since I have been going Ana I have reduced my pain killers in take 80 pecent.
