The Recovery Cave was exactly what I needed after a tough few weeks of training! I tried the massage pod and Normatec compression therapy, and both were amazing. I left feeling so much fresher, looser, and fully recharged. The place has a really calm, welcoming vibe, and everything felt top notch. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who trains hard or just needs a proper reset!

Alex is really great at what he does. He went through an initial consultation and gave me some useful tips for my workouts as part of the reason for seeing him has been recovery support from the gym. The session was focused, detailed and has really helped my mobility, flexibility and reduced my lower back pain. I would recommend going to see Alex.

This was my second visit to Dr Stretch, and as a fitness instructor who relies on my body for work, regular sports massages are essential for my recovery and performance. I had a wonderful session with Alex, who skillfully stretched and manipulated my rotator cuff and the muscles in my neck and upper back, helping to ease tension from a previous injury. I highly recommend Dr Stretch to friends and family—their service is exceptional, and the professionalism is truly top-tier!

I came to Trang with extremely tight hips, glutes, traps and neck, which had been preventing me from stretching properly and constantly causing pain after strength training sessions. After just one session with her, I felt immediate relief. Trang truly worked wonders on me. She is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to pinpoint and treat my problem areas with ease. Her technique was both effective and tailored to exactly what my body needed. I left feeling looser, lighter, and able to move much more freely. I can’t recommend Trang enough!

David provided a very good deep tissue massage. He was nice and polite and recommended some stretching excecise for me to perform at home. The place is spotlessly clean. Everything looks modern and new, wooden and black. They have a fully equipped gym too. And very important: the bed, also of a modern design, had extra padding around the face area to make it totally comfortable when you are facing down during the massage.

Eduardo is a great instructor. Very knowledgeable and clear in explaining movements and posture. He motivates and pushes you. He gave me very valuable tips on how to use gym equipment and maximise my training. I would definitely recommend!

I had a really good sports massage at Rep Studio. My back was feeling very tight from training and heavy exercise, and after the session I felt so much better. The pressure was perfect and very targeted to the areas that needed it most. I left feeling looser, lighter and much more mobile. Highly recommend!

I could not recommend Cornell enough - he made me feel so comfortable and cared for, and the improvement of my lower leg injury after just one hour is incredible. I have never been to a physio before and had no expectations but have walked away feeling in a much better position, with tips and exercises too to maintain my recovery. I saw him in dr stretch in hackney, which was a really calming and private space and easy to find. 10/10 would recommend and a huge thank you to Cornell who was so lovely and supportive.

Anisha is an amazing osteopath. I’ve been seeing her regularly this year with various issues in my neck, lower back, hip flexors etc. I always come away feeling better and no injury or pain seems to concern her. She always finds a solution! I’ve been given a few exercises but it’s nothing excessive or unachievable and they always help too.
