I went to Clinic 31 Sports Massage & Cupping to help with long term rhomboid pain in my upper back and a recent forearm injury from training, and the results have been amazing! After just a couple of sessions I noticed much less tension in my upper back and faster recovery in my forearm. Fares is very knowledgeable and clearly understands sports injuries. The sports massage and cupping combination made a huge difference. I’ve already signed up for a membership to stay on top of recovery. Highly recommend!

I was struggling with my rehab and had reached a blocker. Fares was patient and really spent time understanding what was causing the block and adjusted my program. It was great being with a therapist that actually treats the person that is in front of them rather than trying to fit you into a predefined approach. Been a client of Kieran for years now since Lockdown. The levels of training are just unreal now. The technical expertise that are now on hand at Omnixbox are incredibly hard to surpass. Whether it's just getting fit to Honing your Combat arts, there is someone at Omnixbox can help you. By far my favourite place I've ever trained at and by far Kieran is my favourite coach I've ever had. Hats off to Kieran and the Omnixbox team for building something that so many try but just can't seem to get right.

Today, I had the opportunity to receive a sports massage treatment along with shock wave therapy. The therapist was dedicated and worked diligently to help alleviate my muscle tension. Moreover, he provided guidance on stretching techniques to enhance my range of movement. I found the treatment to be excellent, and I appreciated the therapist's thorough understanding of the recovery process, which he shared with me. Additionally, I was kindly offered a complimentary Kangen water to support my recovery. I am truly grateful for the quality of service providedI will rebook again.

Great session! Isaac is super professional, will talk through and make sure the pressure isn't painful, and explain as he went. He made sure to take the time to know my needs and where I needed the most attention, he listened and was attuned to all non verbal queues of pain or discomfort and adjusted accordingly, kept me informed of why certain parts hurt more than others and showed me exercises before I left for continuous improvement. Would definitely recommend!

Been training with Kieran for a while now, my sessions are fun, I learn so much, I always get a good workout and Kieran knows what he’s talking about. Definitely sessions I’d recommend to other people whether you’re a newbie or not! Kieran’s a really good coach too which makes things that much easier!

I went to Bal too after picking up some marathon training niggles, and he was amazing! He diagnosed the issue, explained it all in simple terms, and provided great treatment. Bal was friendly, honest, and gave me exercises to keep things in check after my appointment. If you need a top-notch sports masseuse I’d highly recommend!

It was a very good session. Fares was highly professional, he first took the time to understand my pain before starting the treatment. I suffer from sciatica nerve pain, and the stretching and massage he performed really helped relieve it. He also suggested a few exercises for me to do at home. I felt very comfortable throughout the session with him. Although I am still a bit sore from the massage, I do feel that it has helped.

Laura is absolutely fabulous. I have had 4 sessions with her in the last fortnight, I have highlighted my issues and things I'd like to improve.
