What a treat it is to come get my haircut and spend time with the lovely ladies at Crissel New York! Crissel is not only a phenomenal hairdresser but also kind, thoughtful, and funny. I always have such a great time chatting with her and her awesome crew (namely Rosie and Susie). Crissel always makes me look and feel fabulous... and at a great price. Even after moving away from the neighborhood, I still maker the trek back because I know I can rely on Crissel to make me look my best (and give me a few good laughs). Highly recommend this wonderful salon!

It was my first visit and it was lovely. I love my hair, I love the staff, I love my stylist (Lauren), I love the way the products smell, I love the way everything looks inside, I love their organization and the way they handle business. If I wasn't moving next month, this would be my permanent salon, but unfortunately I'm leaving New York. :(

Best haircut I've ever had. Rosemarie has magic scissors. I don't usually leave a hair salon feeling confident. I have very thick, wavy/curly hair & there have been too many botched haircuts to count. It's not unusual for me to end up fixing my own hair at home. This time was different. Rosemarie instantly became my go-to girl.

Always a great experience at Crissel New York Hair Salon!! Great vibe, amazing service

It was my first time in this salon and I was quite nervous to get a haircut because of how long my hair was and to how short i wanted it. And especially since I have curly hair. I felt completely welcomed and was complimented left and right and I never felt happier in a gorgeous hair salon. I love my hair, I love my stylist. if I had to rate it from a scale of 1-10 it would be a 12/10! I will be coming back!

It was great. Crissel is in the process of restoring my hair from a haircut that i got from another hairdresser. Thank you Crissel. I can now look in the mirror and not be disgusted.

This review is looong overdue. I’ve been coming to this salon since 2021. I use to live 30 mins away from this place and even now as my commute is 1 hr 30 mins on the train - the experience here makes it worth it. I get my haircuts/blow out with Rosie. She’s awesome!! My mom occasionally gets her hair cut here also and each stylist has done a good job. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

Do not fear any services. Trained technicians make the cut here. Clientele’s discerning eye demands as such. The front desk says it all, beginning to end, FLAWLESS!!! Nataliya is my go to mani-pedi. Staff was friendly and courteous. Hair Stylist, Alla, was very professional and gave me a beautiful root touch up which completely covered my stubborn gray hairs and and excellent haircut. She discussed my texture and options for minimizing frizz for this haircut and in the future.

So pleased with my color and stylist Alla! Alla made sure my hair was flawless even going in again with toner to make it perfect! Incredible atmosphere and staff will definitely visit again 😍
