Annalise was a star as always. But... I had an appointment at 12.30 and my daughter made one for herself for 11.30. Someone rang me and asked if we're related, so I said yes, and I was told that we can both come in at 11.30. I was sat there on my own until my daughters hair was done. I am confused as to why I was told that we can come in at the same time. I just presumed that we'd be done together and another stylist doing one of us. I wished I'd just kept to my 12.30 appointment as I had a million other things I should have been doing as we was going away that afternoon.

Rebecca was brilliant - very caring while handling my hair and wonderfully patient too. I had a big chop after years of keeping my hair long and really needed a change. This was my first visit to a hairdresser in 3 years as I had such a bad experience before. However, I need not have worried as Layla really listened to what I was looking for. I’m delighted with the effect that she achieved with my highlights. I will definitely return.

I’m so pleased I’ve found Vicki, after 33 years with the same hairdresser I took the plunge to find someone more local that I could trust and I have 😃 From the initial consultation right through to the end Vicki was amazing. She put me at ease and really listened to what I liked and offered useful advice and suggestions. She is so knowledgeable and professional with great customer care. The whole experience of highlights, root colour, toner, hair treatment, cut and blow dry was so relaxing with great conversation. I am delighted with my hair and have happily found my new hairdresser Vicki 😊

First time visit after moving from a previous hairdressers on the other side of Warrington. Moved for convenience but had a lovely experience. Annalise was brilliant & I’m already booked in for a few months’ time ❤️

Vicki is and amazing hairdresser, she has so much knowledge and professionalism. I've been going to Vicki the past few years and she has completely transformed my hair from black box dye to the healthy and glory hair that it is now. After every appointment I always get compliments on how lovely the colour of my hair is. Vicki is so friendly, approachable and supportive. She really listens to your concerns and wants and works hard to get you to your vision. I'm so glad I've been able to follow her to her new salon and wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair!

Sandra is a wonderful hairdresser who takes the time to discuss your ideas of what you want ans make suggestions if you want her too. She is also lovely to chat to while she works so I don't feel awkward just sitting in silence.

Sandra was absolutely amazing I’ve not had my hair cut for a long time due to a bad experience. Sandra made me feel so at ease and talked me through everything. Would 1000% recommend Sandra and will definitely be back again, my new hairdresser😄 She has given me back my confidence now in my hair. So bubbly and chatty I felt like we have known each other for years the way we was chatting away and I had only just met her, absolutely amazing. Thank you so so much xx
