Natalie was welcoming and warm and professional. I had an appointment for make up, and given I am 31 weeks pregnant, Natalie was accommodating for me, offering time to move around, as well as alternative seating so that I could remain comfortable. Natalie talked me through her process, and was happy to take on board my requests, as well as offering advice.

Elizabeth was so lovely and did a fabulous job sorting out my nails which were in a terrible state . It was my first visit to the Salon but I was made to feel very welcome and at ease , would definitely return and recommend to others.
