had my treatment at Faces today and, as always, the staff were so professional and great at what they do. The whole experience is welcoming, calming, and you feel completely looked after from start to finish. Sian is truly amazing she looks after her clients so well and is genuinely one of the nicest people you could ever meet. She makes you feel comfortable, listened to, and totally confident you’re in the best hands. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and can’t recommend Faces (and Sian!) enough

Genuinely the best experience. Clare is the most down to earth human, she makes you feel so welcome and calm despite being in some vulnerable positions for laser hair removal in the nether regions and not once do you feel awkward or embarrassed, Clare makes it a relaxing experience and I’ve been coming here for a while, would not go anywhere else!

From the initial consultation/patch test, Claire instantly put me at ease. She explained everything in detail and I found the actual hair removal practically pain free. Claire is so thoughtful when it comes to your dignity and clearly incredibly conscientious with hygiene and health & safety. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Claire and I’ve already booked for further treatments.

I had a very good experience with Clare. She is very friendly and the results are great.
