When I arrived early for my appointment, I was taken straight in and looked after by Olivia. Amazing wash and head massage. Great blow dry - and she even ‘hid’ my regrowth with a powder. Love J&J hair and my recent haircut from Jina. I don’t live in Canberra anymore but whenever I visit I try to squeeze in a haircut because even when I provide vague instructions (I always forget to look at photos beforehand) I end up happy with how my hair looks. I think they just have a great sense of how to deal with different types of hair, and are able to tailor things to what suits your hair style/face shape.
