Always so incredibly happy with anything these guys do with my hair. When it comes to my hair i'm always a little lost in regards to products etc but these guys are always happy to offer recommendations and never make me feel bad about the products i do use. The salon is also stunning, simple but beautiful

If there were a hall of fame for barbers, Jenzen would already be cast in marble. I've trusted my stubborn curly hair to others in the past, but no one is as consistent, effortless, and flawless at cutting it as this guy. I showed a reference picture, and he looked at it for 5 seconds, nodded once, and thirty minutes later, I walked out with a cut so on point that it looked better than the reference I had shown: quick rinse, dry and the shape STAYS, no gels, no nothing. Bianca is an Amazing hairdresser and I always walk away feeling amazing and with a great haircut. My experience at the Pretty Parlour was incredible. I usually leave the hairdressers feeling 'happy enough' with my hair, but today was the first time I've loved it! Brooke led a thorough and detailed consultation which provided me with realistic expectations based on my inspiration and current hair health and condition. I felt relaxed and enjoyed my time with Brooke in a clean and comfortable home salon, it actually went too quick! A comfortable wash basin and beyond relaxing head massage. I'm so thrilled with the results and counting down the days till my next appointment. Thank you Brooke!

Brooke is your go to girl if you want to feel listened to, safe, and comfy. Not to mention, have incredible hair. She really listened to me and made me feel totally welcome. She's honest & polite in advising the truths about what colours & styles work best for you to enhance your natural features, which is very refreshing compared to other salons that are only interested in making you pay for services you dont need. Brooke displays an array of expertise in the hairdressing feild & I consider myself very lucky to have found her doing what she does best at the Pretty Parlour.
