The service is always exceptional, and the head massages are absolutely amazing—so relaxing and such a treat. I haven't been to a hairdresser for 10 years because I'm not usually comfortable going to hairdressers! Rachel was recommended by a couple of friends and she made me feel very comfortable and listened to my thoughts but I totally trusted her and was really happy with the cut.
