This was my first time going to her (though I’ve had lash and brow treatments before), and she made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. I had a lash lift and brow mapping with shaping and tint, and the results are absolutely amazing. My lashes look beautifully lifted and my brows have never looked better! The entire appointment was so relaxing — I didn’t experience any discomfort or pain at all. Bianca is professional, gentle, and clearly very talented. Absolutely love my lashes, they turned out exactly how I envisioned them 😊 Alicia was wonderful, so friendly and incredibly gentle throughout the appointment. The experience was so relaxing that I actually drifted off to sleep a few times 🥲 The only thing that was slightly off-putting as a first-time client was that another client arrived late, which unfortunately cut into my appointment time. What was meant to be a 2-hour slot ended up being closer to 3 hours. That said, I’m really happy with the final result and would definitely return 🫶🏻
