Waxing started 20 minutes late. I was still happy as they managed to get it done in record time. They used their initiative and had two ladies waxing my legs. The one lady also did my eyebrow tinting in the interim which also saved time.

The experience was wonderful! All thanks to Bongo. I have to mention, the waxing room is quite small and I am not happy that people outside can hear the conversations. It would be great if a roof and a fan/ AC was placed in the small room to accommodate privacy and the terrible heat.

Wax wasn't painful. Wax not completely removed from legs. Still a lot of wax left afterwards which took some time to remove

I might be in love. I booked for myself and the kid and we had a pedicure with a very relaxing paraffin dip and full body massages with hot stone treatment and I am sure I will be back sooner than soon. These ladies are amazing and tentative to the clients needs.

By far the best waxing and threading appointment I have ever had in CPT so far and with Amore in the past year.

My sister and I had such a wonderful experience. We both enjoyed the full service pedicure by Kamo and Thato and it was honestly amazing. The atmosphere was so relaxing and therapeutic, exactly what we needed. The attention to detail was outstanding, and we felt completely pampered from start to finish. What a great massage! Even though it was a whole 90 mins, time felt like it just melted away ... that's how relaxing and tranquil it was. I highly recommend the 90-min swedish massage. Don't waste your time booking a shorter session. Just book the full session - you'll be glad you did. I know I'll definitely be going back for another one, and I'm thinking of doing a body scrub for my next visit too. David really has a solid technique and a friendly and warm demeanor. From the start to finish, we had an amazing experience, the staff were so warm and welcoming, the treatment was well worth the experience, my favorite part being the Swedish massage as the masseuse hit all the right pressure points and untied all my knots in the back and neck area , I highly recommend the full lovers package as it is definitely well worth it. Loved the aesthetic look with the art and the home cooked meals was the cherry on top. Big thanks to the Manager Mali for also making us feel very welcome, all in all great experience, thanks Chalila :)

Starting of at reception when I got there, the 2 ladies and one of the nail techs were in full-blast conversation. I stood there for a full minute with neither one of them daring to even look at me even though I was standing right in front of them, looking directly at them. They were in conversation and laughing. Really underwhelming as I almost walked out. Once Emelia ushered me to my seat, I felt a bit better. She was really sweet and soft-spoken. Really love the work she did on my hands. 5 stars for Emelia!
