I'm very pleased with the service (eyebrows waxing and lash lift and tint) I received from Lorenza and I will definitely return. There's free parking (up to two hours) right outside the salon, which is very convenient. The booking process was very simple.

Staff are brilliant, friendly, patient, knowledgeable and good at their skill set! I’ve never been to a beauty salon before and my 1st experience was perfect! Grace makes a great brew too! I was pampered, nothing was too much trouble! I had the express dermaplaning with fab results, an eyelash lift and tint and pedicure! My daughter goes to Kiki’s too for all her beauty needs and she wouldn’t go anywhere else! 10/10 from me 😁

This is my 3rd time using Rachael Katie cosmetics I had thread lifts botox and fillers this time. Rachael was very professional and efficient and totally put me at ease. I won't use any other beauticians now and I have tried others. All the staff were absolutely lovley. I'm definitely looking forward to my next treatment. I would definitely recommend

Very happy with my full set classic lashes. They are nearly 2 weeks old and perfect. Lovely, kind and very knowledgeable lady, she made me feel comfortable. I had classic lash extensions complimented by an eyebrow wax with Amelia. I couldn’t speak more highly about the service from start to finish. My lashes have never looked so good and I felt really comfortable during the treatments. Eyebrow wax was pain- free and they look incredible. Amelia was very professional providing the best care! best salon i’ve ever been too, never been so happy walking out of a building the girls there are lovely and very welcoming, kaci managed to make me love my hair after hating it for months and transformed it in the best way, amelia done such a beautiful set of lashes on me never felt more confident.
