The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

Krystian is so friendly and knowledgeable. I had my first microneedling session with him today and I'm looking forward to the next sessions and the longer term results. I thought the treatment would be more painful!

Popped into the new salon in Southampton today and had an amazing experience (as always!). I originally started my tattoo laser removal in Basingstoke, but now that there’s a new location closer to home, I’ve switched over. I’ve been so impressed with the service that I’ve also started laser hair removal. As someone with a darker skin tone, finding a place with the right experience and knowledge that trusted was super important. I was a bit nervous at first, but honestly, I’m so glad I went for it — the results have been incredible. Huge thanks to Hayley, Richard and the team 😁😁😁

Krystians skill and his top of the range medical laser is working miracles. Its far less painful, way more effective and Krystian always explains potential effects. So so pleased. I wont trust anyone else now. Such a lovely chap always smiling and full of fun. Xx

i’ve been coming to layla for laser hair removal for a few months and have seen such amazing results, even from my first session! she is very professional, explains everything and makes me feel so at ease throughout each session. i was always reluctant to try laser hair removal thinking it wouldn’t work for me but the results have been so quick, i wish i started sooner!

I recently had nose filler and fat dissolve with Shannen and I’m so amazed at my results! I’ve always disliked my nose but the confidence she’s given me is insane. She is very professional and talked me through the whole process. I will be certainly be going back to Shannen for anything else I want done. In my opinion she is the best practitioner in Southampton.

Hayley is amazing and her knowledge on SPMU laser treatment is evident. Gives a full explanation of the process and what to actually expect following your treatment whilst acknowledging your own expectations Will definitely be back for laser treatment on my tattoos, may even suck it up and not use numbing cream….. eek Definitely recommend 💯

I have been receiving laser treatments from RK for a while, but felt like I was not seeing the results I wanted. But since being treated by Jazmin, it has taken a positive turn after just a couple of laser sessions with her. I have been really impressed with Jazmin’s expertise and seeing the changes I had been so desperately wanting - really looking forward to seeing the final result in due course!

I had my first laser session with shaneen today and honestly i was not expecting such a warm welcome and kindness after a long working day. She really made me comfortable and encouraged me though-out with all the pain and stings during the procedure, you know it’s quit painful. Thank you so much for the survice Shaneen. I had a fantastic first visit to HA Laser and Skin Studio with Hannah! She was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making me feel at ease throughout my appointment. Laser Tattoo removal! I would be lying if I said it's painless,it is uncomfortable, but you have to go through that process to get the end result! The plus side, Hannah made me feel at ease,guides through what's going to happen,process was over very quickly! If you want that Tattoo gone, Highley recommend booking a consultation.

I visited the Hedge Clinic last week after recently moving closer, having previously attended the Basingstoke clinic. I had laser hair removal, tattoo removal, and Laser Genesis treatments. Both ladies were so welcoming and professional, and they took the time to clearly explain each treatment and talk me through the process, which was really reassuring.
