The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

I had such a fantastic experience with Rachael and couldn’t be happier! I went in for a micro-needling Botox facial and from start to finish everything was handled with real care. What really stood out was how comfortable and relaxed she made the whole experience. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. Rose is a super beautician. She is very polite and attentive and listen to the requirements of the client. I thoroughly enjoy the body massage and facials done by her. I have been using the salon for last 2 years and have no complaints. I recommend others to try too.

Krystian is the most amazing aesthetic practitioner and I couldn’t be happier with my results. What I love most is his subtle, natural approach. He’s gradually rejuvenating my face, leaving me looking fresher, more rested and more youthful without ever looking overdone. He takes the time to understand what suits my features and his expertise and attention to detail are second to none. If you’re looking for someone who truly understands facial rejuvenation and believes in enhancing rather than changing your appearance, I can’t recommend him highly enough. I had a luxury facial with Michelle and my skin was literally glowing afterwards. I suffer with acne and the facial really helped with the appearance of my acne spots and also made my skin look super smooth too. The products used were amazing and smelled really nice. I recently had nose filler and fat dissolve with Shannen and I’m so amazed at my results! I’ve always disliked my nose but the confidence she’s given me is insane. She is very professional and talked me through the whole process. I will be certainly be going back to Shannen for anything else I want done. In my opinion she is the best practitioner in Southampton.
