I was given a voucher as a birthday present from a friend so decided to use it for the pic n mix option. Best choice ever. I had a lovely back, shoulder and neck massage followed by a facial and scalp massage ending with light therapy. Absolutely brilliant. Professional, clean and personalised. Jess is so so knowledgeable and has been able to answer all my questions and address my skin concerns with a bespoke answer which we discussed in my first consultation. Very welcoming and lovely - She has also been really understanding and accommodating when needed to move an appointment time. I had a hydrafacial with dermaplanning and can’t believe how glowing my skin is. Can’t wait to go back. Couldn’t recommend more!!

I went today for the “bye peach” dermaplaning treatment and it surpassed all my expectations! A full facial with many different steps (dermaplaning just one part of this!) including a lovely massage with ice rollers at the end. Really comfortable treatment bed and relaxing music and lighting, Beth was lovely too.

I had a Botox facial with the very friendly and knowledgeable Shannen. I will be back again soon.

Booked her again 2 days later for a different treatment! - Came in for an impromptu Brow Shaping, she was quick, efficient, kind, and very knowledgeable. She talks you through every step of the way, I hope Marta will be the facial treatment guru I desperately needed for a long time!

I had a luxury facial with Michelle and my skin was literally glowing afterwards. I suffer with acne and the facial really helped with the appearance of my acne spots and also made my skin look super smooth too. The products used were amazing and smelled really nice. I cannot wait to book my next one. Thank you so much.

Melissa was very friendly. Had a facial & indian head massage. Compared to others the price was great. Facial itself was very relaxing & included a hand & arm massage which was a nice touch! Reasons for 4 stars 1: temp in treatment room/salon was very warm (don’t think there was air con) 2: the music would play one spa song & then you would get a random ad thrown in, you just get relaxed and in the mood then have a window ad or someone rambling on about insurance. Despite this I would return. Small suggestions Switch the music to a cd/music subscription & add a fan & it would be 5+ stars!

Been going to Eve fortnightly for around four years for false lashes, facials, botox, tattooing eyebrows and lip tattooing. Shes lovely, professional, never had a bad experience... highly recommended:)
