My experience started the minute I walked in for my reflexology appointment. Very warm welcome, the temperature and ambiance was perfect. I had the warmest of welcomes and after undressing I led on a heated beauty chaise, it really was lovely to relax and listen to my body, enjoying every moment. I felt my legs finally starting to relax and I honestly felt so much better after my massage. I have booked again and will from now on put this as an important step in January 2026. 5stars

Karen has a very natural, holistic approach to wellness and relaxation. I love it that I can book a 1hr appt and just give Karen an idea on what areas I would like worked on, and let Karen decide how best to treat me. I came away from today's massage/reflexology session feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Thank you!

We have been coming to Michelle for years. Her treatments are amazing. My favourite treatment is the Reflex-age which includes a head, neck and shoulder message with foot reflexology. Pure bliss. My mum has hand reflexology which she thoroughly recommends 💞

I received a gift voucher at Xmas having not heard of this little gem before. Such a lovely vibe, Louise was really friendly. Premises are really clean, super relaxing which is just what I needed in the middle of the school holidays. I booked in for the Halycon Ritual, which was amazing, especially loved the reflexology part of it. It was a boiling hot day so was grateful for the air con; the cold can of San pelligrino & bath salts to go home with was also a nice touch. Really high quality experience whilst being good value for money, will be returning in the future for more treatments.

I had never had reflexology before but Reflex-age was a great introduction to it as it started with a head, neck and shoulder massage first which helped relax me before the foot reflexology. As always, I cannot recommend Michelle more!!!

Really enjoyed my massage, I like that it’s tailored to my needs based on a quick chat before the massage begins. The mixture of neck/shoulder massage, head massage and reflexology was amazing. Mo is absolutely amazing. Goes out of her way to make you feel safe and comfortable. The treatment room is a cosy nook that makes you feel calm right from the start. She has absolutely magic hands - whether it's reflexology to help me manage all my issues, or Indian head to melt away weeks worth of stress. I’ve had massage sessions with Steph before and they’ve always been fantastic, but during last visit she suggested I try reflexology because I struggle with water retention and often feel heaviness in my legs. I decided to give it a go, and I’m really glad I did. Steph has such a calm and grounding presence that you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. The reflexology session itself was deeply soothing, and I noticed a lightness in my legs and feet afterwards that I hadn’t felt in a while. She clearly knows her stuff!

Very good. Lovely setting - calming and relaxing. Reflexology and massage eased a lot of aches and pains.

I’ve had several reflexology treatments with Sylvia and every single one has been amazing. Today I had my very first Swedish massage — and it was absolutely incredible! Having had massages before with a well-known company, I can honestly say today’s was by far the best. It was so relaxing and soothing from start to finish. I would thoroughly recommend Sylvia to anyone looking for a truly calming and professional experience. Already looking forward to my next appointment!

I had a reflexology treatment. Steph was warm and welcoming, the treatment was just what I needed to relax, the lavender eye mask was a nice addition. I would recommend to others.
