The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

I had my Botox done by Rachel C and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. She was so professional, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the whole appointment. I’ve had a great experience with Jazz. I went in a couple of days before my daughter’s wedding with terrible looking nails and she transformed them. Now I wouldn’t go anywhere else 💅🏻.

I’m so pleased I chose to have the Hifu procedure. Natalie explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. The procedure itself was a bit painful in places but only for split second then it was gone. I felt a little bit tender in my jaw for an hour after but it was well worth it. I woke up this morning and was blown away when I looked in the mirror! two days after the procedure and my skin has tightened considerably around my jawline and cheek bones, the fine line around my eyes are nearly gone. I can’t wait to see how it’s going to look in 6 weeks.

I had such a great experience at this Rachel Katie Cosmetics. Bronwyn is absolutely amazing — so professional, talented, and friendly. She really takes the time to listen and makes you feel completely at ease. The results are beautiful and natural, and I couldn’t be happier. Dr Hannah was very professional and is an expertise in what she does. I look years younger and am estatic with the results. She very gentle with the needle, I hardly felt any pain. I would highly recommend her to all my friends and family.

Amazing as always ! I always book for a time more than a person so I get different staff a lot and every single one is just incredible! Today I had Micheal he was fantastic, I’m scared of needles so they always help me feel comfortable, he was so professional and nice, barely felt a thing and the results look amazing as always 💗 love Rachel Katie cosmetics wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I had hair stroke brows done by Bronwyn today & the whole process was just perfect. I debated getting my brows done for years but I was anxious after years of over plucking, I’m glad I waited to find Bronwyn. She talked me through the process & was patient & kind, understanding of my under-confidence due to my brows. Bronwyn is a skilled professional & I’m amazed at the results. She took the time to talk to me about what my natural brow shape should look like & spent a long time making sure I was happy before she began, they look so natural & realistic! Thank you!

Michael has done both my lemon bottle and lip filler and been amazing! He calmed me right down when I was super nervous about getting lip filler for the first time, wasn’t majorly painful & I’m obsessed with the natural look he’s given me. Thanks so much <3
